Often you need to leave us a message, request or cancel an appointment, but we are closed, the phone lines are busy or you are thinking of what you need to tell us at 3:00 a.m. and we are sleeping.
Our phone message machine is available during office hours. A more detailed message lets us prepare the information you are looking for more efficiently. Please be sure to say your full name and phone number very clearly - cell phones are sometimes hard to hear the message from.

Messages are monitored and answered during office hours.
We cannot refill prescriptions based on a phone message or an e-message.
Please remember that Manitoba Health will not allow us to give personal or health information through this format. And, as always, although we have set privacy protection in place, we cannot guarantee the security of this form of communication. We suggest you use discretion in the details you include.
Please leave a voice message with your name, a number we can phone you back at and a brief description of the reason you called.
